Gary did part 3 remedial training with Charlotte. 'I initially contacted Charlotte around 6 months ago after feeling my training wasn’t getting the best out of me as an instructor and felt a different approach was needed. Charlotte has taught me so much in the last 6 months and has made me become a very client centred instructor. Caitlin learnt to drive with Charlotte. 'A year after I had stopped learning to drive I was really anxious about starting again. I remember the first time I spoke with Charlotte, and how understanding she was about my anxiety and worries about driving again, and we discussed what approach would be best to take. Michael did part 3 rescue training with Charlotte. 'My ADI training took almost two years due to the pandemic and the clock was ticking while the nerves were in tatters. Charlotte's calmness is catching and her knowledge of teaching is fantastic. Lessons are a hugely positive enviroment where you're encouraged to reflect on what you're focusing on and develop your own strengths'
 





Rob passed all of his exams on his first attempt in less than a year.
'Having been a driving instructor around 15 years ago, I decided to return to this profession. Knowing what I know about the industry and what’s  involved in passing the part 3 especially - the ability to teach. I had a vey good understanding of exactly what type of trainer I needed and what was required. I started my journey around November last year and luckily found Charlotte who’s an Approved ORDIT Trainer, after speaking to her on the phone and another instructor trainer at the time, I knew Charlotte was the choice for me. She has been amazing, her professionalism, personality, knowledge has got me through this stressful journey I think, in an incredible short time, especially considering I had a month in Thailand and the months of waiting for tests (Parts 1,2,&3).

Margaret did part 2 and 3 training with Charlotte.
'After a career working in an educational establishment for over 20 years, I had the opportunity to do something new and decided to follow my dream of becoming a driving instructor. I did my research and found Charlotte's (and other trainers) contact details via the DVSA website. From the very first telephone conversation with Charlotte she was professional, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and I knew she was the person to help me to achieve my goal.  
Initially Charlotte helped me brush up my own driving skills which enabled me to pass my Part 2 first time. We then moved on to 40 hours in-car training to prepare me to become an instructor with that all important client centred approach. Charlotte is patient, knowledgeable and willing to share all her expertise with you. I decided not to go down the Pink route and started instructing my own learners for free until I passed my Part 3 (this took much longer than I had hoped because of test delays caused by the COVID backlog), Charlotte still supported me every step of the way. Even now I have my own driving school, I know Charlotte is still available to me to brainstorm and offer advice and guidance. For anybody thinking they want to pursue a career as a driving instructor, I cannot recommend Charlotte more highly to support you to do this'

Andrea passed her her driving test on her first attempt in Shrewsbury. The examiner said it was an 'impeccable drive' and that she should do her advanced driving.
