The DVSA implemented a new assessment of ADIs. What was previously known as The Check Test has been replaced by the Standards Check. The criteria has now been bought into line with the National Standards for Driver and Rider Training (NSDRT). The part three test for PDI's has also been aligned and the same assessment criteria is now used industry-wide.
I can support with your Standards check Training. My most recent ADI's had two training sessions with me and both went onto achieving grade A's in their standards check.
I can support with the followng:
- 1 to 1. This will be a mixture of role play and demonstration allowing me to make an assessment and provide you with both verbal and written feedback.
- Watching the instructor - I can join you for a driving lesson allowing me to assess and give you feedback along witrh recommendations for you to move forwad with.
The core of my business revolves around coaching people to become driving instructors so l have very limited space available for standards check training currently.
